Below is an audio file of a talk you can listen to that I just gave at The Taft School, my high school, to 588 students plus faculty in February 15, 2011. (It is a 23-minute version of my "Art of Happiness: The Story" talk, which usually runs 60 or 90 minutes.) I am so happy with the talk that I am sharing it with you now! Very few people were happy at the beginning of the talk, but as you will hear, at the end of the talk many people were happy. My hope is that in hearing it, your mood will lift, also. Enjoy!
